William "Billy" Earl Toy, Sr.

William "Billy" Earl Toy, Sr. passed away Monday September 26, 2016 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born September 25, 1946 in Bath County, the son of the late Osbond and Zelma Toy. He was a shipping and receiving manager at Lowe’s in Winchester and an employee for many years at Wick’s Lumber. In his spare time he loved fishing, hunting and gardening; and he was an avid coon hunter.

He is survived by his wife Myra Toy of Owingsville; four sons William Earl “Barney” Toy, Jr. (Heather Anderson) of Owingsville, Gary Conlee, Kevin Conlee and Steven Conlee; one daughter Allyson Toy of Owingsville; one brother Bobby J. Toy (Kathy);two sisters Mary B. (Charles) Copher and Marjorie (Kevin) Shepherd; seven grandchildren Brooke Logan Toy, Skyler McKenna Toy, Amalee Conlee, Leto Riddle, Matthew Conlee, Jason Conlee, and Elizabeth Conlee; one great-grandchild Abigail Oakley; one nephew and five nieces.

Pallbearers: Heather Anderson, Gary Butcher ,Ramey Reynolds, Boone Razor, Gary Conlee, Gordie Staton, Dave Roberts, David McCarty, Josh Spencer, Albert Anderson, Matt Conlee and Jason Conlee.

Graveside Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the Owingsville Cemetery with the Reverend Lowell Rice officiating. A short public visitation will be held from 12:30 p.m. until the time of service.

Contributions suggested to the Owingsville First Church of God.

There will be a dinner at the Owingsville First Church of God following the service.
