To the Family of Eddie Hart: I am presently in South Dakota and will not be able to attend the visitation and funeral but be assured that you're in my thoughts and prayers as well as those of the Owingsville First Church of God. Eddie was a blessing and he will be missed. He showed great courage in his battle with heart disease and he has inspired all of us. Eddie and Elizabeth fought this battle together and although we didn't get the outcome we wanted, we learned a lot about life through what Eddie taught us with his experience. He was loved, he will be missed and his life made a difference for the good of our community. I hope to visit some of the family when I get home.

I am so sorry to have to be writting this. Eddie was good person and heaven sure gained a great angel. I know its hard to let go sometimes, but I know he is no longer in pain and is no longer suffering. What a reunion he must be having right now with his mom that he missed so much and his dad. Not to mention his brother and grandparents. He will get to tell little Mason lots of stories that I am sure he will enjoy. I don't even try to understand why some are taken so early. I guess they are needed in heaven and their time here is done. But, he will always be an angel on his family and friends shoulders and when you go outside and feel a gentle breeze that will be him checking in on you. May he wear his wings well and soar as high as they will take him. RIP my dear friend. You were loved by so many...
