I loved Ray he was a special friend to me i always called him daddy Ray he help us out so many times and will always think of him with love. He gave help to anyone that needed it . He touched the heart of my stepson . He was a great man.

Sue, I am so sorry to hear of your dad's passing. Ray was a beloved cousin to all the Vice Family, especially to my dad (Virgil) and me. I will remember how whenever we ran into your dad, he was always smiling, always willing to help anyone out, and was by far the best dance partner any young girl could have. He will always hold a dear spot in my heart for his patience and kindness for dancing with me any time I came home to visit. You and the family are in our thoughts and prayers.
