So sorry for your loss. During this difficult time, find comfort in God's thrilling promise found at Revelation 21: 3, 4 to soon wipe out every tear from our eyes, for death to be no more , and no more pain these things will be done away. Knowing this promise I hope wiil give you the strength to endure.Â

My heart goes out to Christopher and the Jamison, Purvis family and friends of Donna in your time of sorrow. I know Donna has left you with many precious memories from her 54 short but full years with us. When death robs us of someone we love very much, it causes much sadness and grief. Our loving heavenly Father, "Jehovah (Psalm 83:18) is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit." (Psalm 34:18) Isaiah 33:24 guarantees us: "And no resident will say "I am sick," ever again. Revelations 21: 4 says: "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore." I will miss Donna's smile and her positive attitude. Even on days that she felt the worst, she wanted to know how we were doing. She always had hard candy to share with us at church. Praying for comfort for all of you in the days ahead.

My thoughts and prayers and those of the Owingsville First Church of God are uplifting the Purvis and Jamison Families today as we experience Donna's passing. All of us are diminished because she is no longer with us, but yet, precious memories will remain and her legacy will live far beyond her years. Donna was a gentle person and had the ability to genuinely care about people. She was loved, her life mattered and she will be missed. I will always remember her dedication and devotion to her mom and dad and to her family and I will remember the lives she touched through her life-saving work.

My many memories of childhood include my cousin Donna Sue and are now Cherished deeply. To her family my heart aches with you and my prayers are sent up for you to have peace and comfort that only GOD can provide. I too will miss her beautiful smile. I got to spend some time with her recently at church and only 5 months ago for nieces night at our Aunt Mable's we laughed til we cried and spent some wonderful moments of love and rememberance. I praise GOD for allowing her into my life.

I already miss my dear friend and her positive attitude. No matter how sick she was she always had a smile and said 'I'm doing pretty good'. She told me just last Sunday that she was feeling stronger all the time.
