Occupation and Activities……He was retired Retired Owingsville City Police Chief, a member of the Owingsville Police Department for 40 years and 10 months. He was a Veteran of the Army during the Vietnam Era. He was a former Bath County Road Commissioner for 8 years and an Owingsville City Councilman. He loved to dance and hosted dances for the Bath County Senior Citizens for many years.

 

Parents Names…..Eugene Toy and Mildred Sexton Toy (both deceased)

 

Immediate Survivors……… 2 daughters Beverly Sue Toy (Edward) Penick of Olympia and Carol Hatton Douty of Clarksburg, WV; 1 son Darrell Hatton of Ripley, Ohio; 1 Honorary daughter Kelle (Trey) Rigg; 1 brother Ralph E. (Betty) Toy of Scottsville; Sister-in-law Phyllis Toy; 8 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

 

Preceded in death by… his parents Gene and Mildred Toy; 2 daughters Lenora Hatton and Brenda Toy; 1 brother Bobby Scott Toy; his ex-wife Naomi Jones and a special companion Zelma Ramey.
