Eddie A. Carter

Eddie A. Carter passed away on November 17, 2016. He was born October 29, 1951 to the late Arnold L. and Olive Blevins Carter. He was a Handy man for the Owingsville Housing Authority and a very talented artist. Some of his paintings are featured in the Bath Memorial Library. He loved his grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with his family. He is survived by one son Eddie Carter, Jr. (Natalie) of Mount Sterling, one sister Melissa Hall (Garland) of Jeffersonville, two grandchildren Macey Carter and Connor Carter, and three Nephews Kenneth Becraft, Barry Becraft and Brian Becraft. 

Friends may call Sunday from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. with the Reverend John Duggins officiating. Burial will follow in the Oldfield Cemetery in Olympia.
