Wanda Nell (Doyle) Martin

Wanda Nell Martin, age 81, passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2021. She was born on June 18, 1939 to the late Davey Doyle and Hazel Applegate Doyle. She was married to Jimmie Martin Sr. and they lived in Sharpsburg, Kentucky for many years. Nell loved to walk her dogs and read books. She was a kind hearted person who cared for others. Nell loved to talk and entertain others. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. 

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie Martin Sr., one son, Jimmie Martin Jr., one daughter, Wanda Sue Martin, three brothers, Everette Doyle, Bobby Doyle and Billy Doyle and one sister, Thelma Hart. 

Visitation will be Friday, February 26 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with funeral services beginning at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel at Richardson Funeral Home with Reverend Gary Boyd officiating.  Burial will follow in the Longview Cemetery.

COVID 19 restrictions will be followed as set by the state.
