Virginia Wells

Virginia Lee Robinson Wells, 80 years old of Sharpsburg, Kentucky, passed away at Saint Joseph Hospital in Mount Sterling, Kentucky on Tuesday, December 20, 2022.

She was born to the late Everett and Dora Robinson on October 21, 1942. She retired from KY Department of Transportation after 42 years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Jimmy Wells.

She is survived by one daughter, Teresa Lemaster and her husband, Gary of Sharpsburg; one son, Doug Wells and his wife Donna of Sharpsburg; three grandsons, Jeramy Wells of Owingsville, Sgt. Thomas Wells of Ft. Gordon, Georgia and Evan Wells of Sharpsburg; two granddaughters, Megan Lemaster and Ashley Lemaster of Sharpsburg; seven great grandchildren; two brothers, Eddie Robinson (Sandy) of Louisville and Donnie Robinson (Cheryl) of Mt. Sterling KY; three sisters in law. 

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 22 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Richardson Funeral Home.

Funeral services will begin at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel with Reverend Chris Bailey officiating. Burial will follow in the Crown Hill Cemetery.
