Robert "Bob" McNabb

Mr. Robert "Bob" McNabb, age 85 of Preston, Ky, passed away on Tuesday October 8, 2019. He was born on July 20, 1934 in Bath County, Ky to the late Omer and Minnie Susan McNabb. Bob lived in Hamilton, Ohio and worked at Keller & Smith Construction. After retiring, he moved back to his hometown of Preston where he lived till moving to the WIndsor Care Nursing home in Mount Sterling, KY. He enjoyed watching Western movies, fishing, listening to music and collecting comic books. He enjoyed spending time with friends and his sister, Ruth.

Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, William Earl McNabb.

Survivors are his sister, Ruth (Oscar) Shields of Owingsville; One nephew, Danny Shields of Owingsville; One niece, Susan (Dave) Charles of Mt. Sterling; Two great nephews, Matthew Shields of St. Petersburg, FL and Chris Charles of Mt. Sterling; One great niece, Erin Charles of Mt. Sterling.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Friday October 11 at the Richardson Funeral Home with funeral services immediately following. Burial will be in the Kendall Springs Cemetery. 

Serving as Pallbearers will be Danny Shields, Matthew Shields, Dave Charles and Chris Charles.
