Richard Wayne McConnell

Richard Wayne McConnell, born September 17, 1955 in Marion, Indiana, passed away July 31, 2019 at Hospice Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. He was the son of Nina Lankford Purvis and Farley Purvis. 

He was preceded in death by his mother, Nina Lankford Purvis.

He is survived by his father, Farley (Inita) Purvis; Two brothers, Thomas (Tommy) McConnell of Minnesota and Farley (Tasha) Purvis of Owingsville; One sister, Tammy (Eddie) Bailey of Owingsville; One niece, Tamatha (Matt) Eads of Owingsville; Four nephews, Wesley Bailey of Owingsville, Richard Clayton McConnell and Nicholas Allen McConnell of Minnesota and Ryan Purvis of Owingsville; Three great nephews, Aiden Bailey and Levi Bailey of Owingsville and Carson McCOnnell of Minnesota; Two great nieces, Tiffany Ginter and MyKayla Ginter of Owingsville.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday August 17 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Richardson Funeral Home.
