She was born on May 5, 1949 in Fleming County to Marcella Pack Hoots and the late William Clarence Story. Patty worked as a cashier at BP in Owingsville for 10 years. Her presence will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her mother, Marcella Hoots; two sons, Jamie Everman and his wife, Becky; John Everman and his wife, Melissa, all of Owingsville; one brother, David Peck; three sisters, Tammy Davis of Louisville, Tina Englehart of Ohio, and Debbie Kelley of Tennessee; two grandchildren, Paige Everman and Hunter Everman of Owingsville; one sister in law, Gayle Story of Lake City, Florida; her fur babies, Buddy and Scooby; special friends, Connie Risner, Tonya Anderson and Delores Flannery; a host of family and friends.
