Owen Wayne Rawlins

Owen Wayne Rawlins, age 38, passed away at his residence on May 2. He was born on December 3, 1983 in Montgomery County to Owen Rawlins and Patricia Willoughby Rawlins. Wayne was employed by CTI as a forklift driver. He loved to fish and enjoyed playing cards. Wayne was an avid UK sports fan. Family was important to him and he loved to spend time with them. He will be missed by all that knew him. 

He is survived by his parents, Owen and Patricia Rawlins; his ex wife, Kayla McPherson Rawlins; one brother, TJ Coldiron; one sister, Lorrane Rawlins; his girlfriend, Jessica Haney; one niece and one nephew; several friends and extended family. 

He was preceded in death by his sister, Tawanna Rawlins.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 5 from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Richardson Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will begin at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Richardson Funeral Home with Reverend Phillip Means officiating. Burial will follow in the West Cemetery in Jeffersonville, Kentucky. 

Active pallbearers will be Jesse Willoughby, Owen Rawlins, TJ Coldiron, Brian Willoughby, Matt Churchwell, Joey Byrd, Doug Haney, Jason McPherson and Cody Lamb.
