Orville Anderson

Orville Anderson, age 72, passed away on August 8. He was born on December 29, 1951 in Bath County to the late Lonzo Pilot and Loretta Toy. Orville enjoyed going hunting and fishing. He loved to attend church every Sunday and to spend time with family. Orville will be missed by those he leaves behind. 

He is survived by one son, Keith Anderson (Cassie Haney); one daughter, Heather Prater (Timmy); Five grandchildren, Jacob Ross, Ashley Ross, Jimmy Haney, Amber Haney and Richard Ross; seven great grandchildren, Skyla Haney, Anderson Haney, Chandler Haney, Kinsley Haney, Blake Haney, Ryder Ross and Lennox Ross; two close friends, Betty and Barbara. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lonzo Pilot and Loretta Toy Pilot and his wife, Janice Ginter Anderson.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 11 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home. 

Funeral service will be held on Monday, August 12 at 12:00 p.m. in the chapel of Richardson Funeral Home with Pastor Billy Noble officiating. Burial will follow in the Kendall Springs Cemetery.
