Ollie Frances Toy Razor, passed away at her residence on September 9, 2019 after a long illness. She was born in Bath County on September 11, 1931 to the late Ewell and Cynthia Otis Toy. Frances was married to Jim Razor and they resided on White Oak road. She worked at IGA in Owingsville for 26 years. She also drove the senior citizen van and was a member of the Ladies Auxillary. She enjoyed fishing, loved to travel and shop. She was a wonderful cook and loved to fix meals for her family. She was a beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be missed greatly by her family and friends.
She is survived by her two daughters, Cynthia (Poncho) Rogers of Owingsville and Sherri (Johnny) Caudill of Owingsville; Two sisters, Della (Mike) Vickery and Shirley Toy; Three grandchildren, Brandi Wells, Colby (Marybeth) Wells and Chad Rogers; Three great grandchildren, Austin Wightman, Jaci Wightman and Kendall Wells; a special niece Lois Toy Polashock , several special nieces and nephews, Special friends, Charles and Pam Matthews and Gary Copher.
She was preceded in death by her spouse, Jim Razor; her parents, Ewell and Cynthia Toy; one brother, Clyde Lacy Toy.
Memorial Service will be held on Friday September 13, 2019. Visitation will be at 1:00 p.m. with the services starting at 2:00 p.m. All services will be held at the White Oak Church.
Reverend Ron Weaver will be officiating.
