Menno G. Girod

Menno G. Girod, age 20, passed away at his home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on March 11, 2001 in Berne, Indiana to Samuel W. Girod and Josephine Schwartz Girod. He was a kind young man with a loving heart. He will be missed dearly by those who loved him.  

In addition to his parents, he is survived by two brothers, Daniel and Samuel Girod and four sisters, Emma, Maryann, Rachel and Martha Girod. 

He was preceded in death by three brothers, David, Stephen and Jonathan Girod and one sister, Barbara Girod.

Visitation will be held Saturday July 31 from 10:00 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, August 1 from 9:00 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. at the home of Samuel and Josephine Girod.

Funeral services will be held Monday August 2 at 9:00 a.m.  with burial following in the Garland Hollow Cemetery in Means, Kentucky.
