Marcella Bowling

Marcella Bowling of Owingsville, Kentucky passed away on February 27, 2018. She was a member of the Mudlick Church of God.  Her passion was cooking and gardening.  She loved spending time with her children, family and friends.  Her pride and joy was her grandchildren.

She was proceeded in death by her husband Norman Bowling,  her parents Samuel and Drucella (Back) Thomas and one brother Larry Ray Thomas Sr.

Marcella was survived by two sons, Gordon Wilhoit, of Olympia, KY,   Bill Bowling of Salt Lick, KY and one daughter Karen Gail Leach (Alvin) of Sharpsburg, KY.,three brothers Glen Roger (Brenda) Thomas of Kendall Springs, KY, Dennis Clark (Wanda) Thomas, Owingsville, KY, Jerry Lynn (Joan) Thomas of Louisville.  2 sisters Janice Highley, Owingsville, KY and Loma Ann Copher of Salt Lick, KY.  Six grandchildren, one step grandchild and four great grandchildren. She is also survived by one sister in law Norma Thomas.

Friends may call on Friday, March 2, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. at the Mudlick Church of God.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Mudlick Church of God.
