Lowell Blaine Jamison, age 75 of Owingsville, passed away at his home on September 21. He was born on August 25, 1948 in Mount Sterling to the late Sterling Jamison and Opal Adams Jamison. Lowell was a farmer, owned Jamison Construction and was former Bath County Judge Executive. He loved old cars and to drive up around Cave Run Lake. Lowell was very proud of his children and loved his family. He loved being a grandfather the most. Lowell was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He will be missed by those he leaves behind.
Left behind to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Brenda Kay Reynolds Jamison; three sons, Michael Jamison and his wife, Melanie; Christopher Jamison and his wife, Paulette; Kevin Jamison and his wife, Lorinda; one sister, Janice Turner and her husband, Buster; three granddaughters, Christa Jamison (Cody Razor), Rachel Vance and her husband, Neal; Karricka Howard; one grandson, J.D. Howard; two great granddaughters, Bella Vance and Stella Razor.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Sondra Lynn Jamison; three brothers, Harold, Jackie and Donnie Jamison; one sister, Peggy Vice.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 24 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Richardson Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 25 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Richardson Funeral Home with Reverend Ron Weaver and Reverend Lowell Rice officiating. Burial will follow in the Owingsville Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Jeff Lykes, Danny Lykes, Jared Maze, Zach Horton, Cody Razor and Mitch Harmon.
Honorary pallbearers will be Muff Miller, Mitchell Miller, Randy Howard, Richard Wells, Lance Davis, Darrel Lykes, Neal Vance, Johnny Maze, Hubert Manley, Rogie Coyle, Earl Rogers Jr., and Del Anderson.
