Larry Shrout

Larry Jacob Shrout, age 66, passed away early in the morning Sunday, May 10 at Ridgeway Nursing Home. Larry was born July 26, 1959 to Lawrence and Lorena Shrout.  Larry was known to be a jack of all trades, working throughout his life as a house builder, electrician, plumber, logger, etc.  He was full of knowledge and if he did not know how to do something, you could trust he would figure it out. Larry was a trader and collector of knives, and was an auctioneer/owner of Promised Land Auction.

Along with his parents, Larry is preceded in death by his wife, Vickie Shrout.

Survivors include his significant other of 14 years, Patricia Stinson of Owingsville, a brother, Robert Lee Shrout of Owingsville, a special cousin, Danny Lucas, and a host of friends and other family.

There are no services planned at this time.
