Kimberly Boleyn, age 59, of Louisville, passed away on Saturday at Baptist Health in Louisville after a battle with cancer. She was born on September 24, 1962 in Lexington, Kentucky to the late Rex Fathergill and Doloris Craycraft Fathergill. Kim worked as a lawyer for several years and also as a teacher. She loved to go to Florida and enjoy the beaches. Her favorite was to watch the cruise ships come in. She enjoyed flying planes with her fiance, Mark. Her family was very important to her. She loved her daughter and grandchildren so much and was so very proud of them. Kim loved dance and encouraged her daughter to do ballet. She helped to choregraph her latest dance. Kim loved her cats and treated them the very best. She will be missed dearly by all that she leaves behind.
She is survived by her daughter, Rachel Estill of Florida; her fiance, Mark Dehnar of Louisville; three grandchildren, Jacob, Adam and Sebastian Williams all of Florida; two special friends, Rebecca Russom and Mollie Schwab.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Rex Lyn Fathergill.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 10 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Richardson Funeral Home.
Funeral services will begin at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Richardson Funeral Home with burial following in the Kendall Springs Cemetery.
