Jewell Lynn Stamper, age 63 of Owingsville, passed away on December 20 at St. Claire Hospital after a long illness. She was born on December 8, 1961 in Middletown, Ohio, the daughter of the late John Sandlin and Alvie Sandlin.
Lynn loved to do crafts, make arrangements and work outside in her flower garden. She was content just being home watching football with her family and grandchildren. Lynn loved her family more than anything in the world. They were her pride and joy. Lynn was a very kind hearted lady that would do anything she could to help others. She always had a smile, a hug and a kind word when you would see her. She will be dearly missed by all those she leaves behind.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Scott Stamper; two sons, Phillip Stamper and Ryan Stamper; one brother, John Sandlin; eight grandchildren, McKenzie Crager (Braden), Dakota Stamper, Kendra Stamper, Kolby Stamper, Coraline Stamper, Corinna Anderson, Jorah Stamper and Arya Stamper.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home.
Funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel at Richardson Funeral Home with Reverend Lowell Rice officiating. Burial will follow in the Crown Hill Cemetery.
