Jared Tyler Willoughby, age 26 of Owingsville, passed away on September 19. He was born in Morehead to the late David Willoughby and Monica Wells on July 20, 1995. Jared enjoyed motorcycles and going fishing. He was an avid UK fan and enjoyed sports. Jared was a 2013 graduate of Bath County High School. Family was so important to him and he loved every minute he could spend with them. He had a contagious smile and a huge heart. Jared was loved by so many and will be missed. May his memory forever live in the hearts of those he loved.
He is survived by one son, Steven Tyler Willoughby of Owingsville; one brother, Steven Cameron Wells and his wife, June of Means; one sister, Andrea Willoughby of Jeffersonville; maternal grandmother, Debbie Everman of Owingsville; paternal grandmother, Bonnie Willoughby of Jeffersonville; two special people, Norman and Dee Dee Crouch; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Nelson Willoughby.
Visitation will be Thursday, September 23 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at the Richardson Funeral Home.
Funeral services will begin at 12:00 p.m. in the chapel with Reverend Lowell Rice officiating. Burial will follow in the Kendall Springs Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be John Ed Wells, Steven Cameron Wells, Bryan Coldiron, Trevor Winburn, Stacy Willoughby, Nathan Dailey and William Keith Crouch.
