James "Jim" Walter Corey

James Walter "Jim" Corey, age 81, went to his heavenly home Sunday, July 5, 2020. Jim was born on March 14, 1939 in Bath County to the late Robert and Abbie Corey. 

Survivors include his best friend and significant other of 13 years, Roberta Corbin; two brothers, Harold Corey and Hargis Corey; three sisters; two sons; several nieces and nephews and many friends. He also leaves behind his best fur baby friend, Sam. 

Jim loved life, loved to take drives on the scenic backroads and loved all animals. He would spend hours talking about the "good old days." He was well thought of and loved by so many. He was a hard worker and always ready to lend a helping hand. Jim will surely be missed. 

At Jim's request, there will be no service.
