Howard Robinson, age 55, of Salt Lick, passed away July 22, 2020 at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington. He was born in Mt. Sterling, KY on October 1, 1964 to Orville Robinson and the late Willa Mae Little Robinson. Howard loved to go fishing, hunting and walk in the woods. He enjoyed being outdoors on his front porch so he could listen to the birds. He also loved to make grapevine wreaths. Family was very important to him and he loved when they all would get together. He was a simple man with a kind heart and fun personality. He will be missed by his family and friends that he leaves behind. May his memory live on forever in their hearts.
He is survived by his fiance, Nancy Williams; his father, Orville Robinson; three sons, Tayor, Bill and Timothy Robinson; one stepdaughter, Rachel Slone; five sisters, Lena (Roy) Wilson, Norine Robinson (David Clark), Judy (Don) Foster, Dollie Robinson and Janice (Jesse) Richmond; four grandchildren, Caylee Robinson, McKayla McCarty, Larry McCarty, and Matthew Dailey; several nieces, nephews and extended family.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Willa Mae Little Robinson; nephew, Jacob Thompson and best friend, Frank Boyd.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 25 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Richardson Funeral Home.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
