Gayle Hogge, age 80 of Owingsville, passed away on November 21 at the University of Kentucky Hospital. She was born on October 17, 1944 in Owingsville to the late Osbin Snedegar and Cynthia Roberson Snedegar. Gayle was a member of Hedrick's Community Church and enjoyed attending when she was able. She loved to care for others and worked as an LPN for Bath County Clinic for many years. Gayle loved people and had an outgoing personality. Family was very important to her. She loved her children and grandchildren very much. Gayle was a kindhearted, loving lady who will be missed dearly by all she leaves behind.
She is survived by one son, Robert Hogge, one daughter, Lee Ann Brown, one brother, John "Tuffy" Snedegar (Beverly), three grandchildren, Josh Tolliver, David Hogge and Amanda Hogge; two great grandchildren, Gage Tolliver and Carter Tolliver; one nephew, Chris Snedegar; two great nieces and one great nephew,
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Hogge; two grandchildren, Breanna Brown and Jeremy Brown; one nephew, John "Little Tuffy" Snedegar.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home,
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 27 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Richardson Funeral Home with Pastor Randall Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in the Owingsville Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Roger Horseman, Ronnie Bailey, Chris Snedegar, Christian Snedegar, Gage Tolliver and Carter Tolliver.
