Diana Reffitt, 82, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday. She was born in Bath County on June 24, 1943 to the late Elbert and Mary Louise McFarland. She married Jimmy T. Reffitt and became a proud Pastor’s wife, putting her love of God to work teaching Sunday School and cooking for her family and church family. She loved people and being out around the public and she put her talents to work at Miller Furniture for many years. She was an excellent furniture sales lady! When she wasn’t at work, she enjoyed traveling with her daughter Mona who worked for a time as a truck driver and they got to see some incredible sights together! And she was an adoring dog and cat Mom to her cat Smokey and her dog Gracie Jane.
She leaves to cherish her memory one daughter Ramona Lynn (Tim) Lawson and a sister Sharon (Steve) Reffitt, two special sisters Brenda Curtis and Nancy Wills, and two special people who called her “Grammy” Kaitlyn Barber Walters and Landon Barber.
She went home to be with her loving husband Jimmy T. Reffitt.
