David Ray Hunt, age 38 of Owingsville, passed away on July 14. He was born in Winchester, Kentucky on July 26, 1985 to Danny Ray Hunt and Vickie Adkins Trump. David worked as a forklift driver for Ryder. He enjoyed fishing and was an avid UK fan. He loved to just be at home and spend time with his family. David was a kind hearted, hard working man. He was a good person and had a smile that everyone loved. His family and friends loved him dearly and will miss him always.
He is survived by his father, Danny Ray Hunt; his mother, Vickie Trump and her husband, Bernie; one brother, Joseph Earl Hunt; his fiance', Michelle Abney; three aunts, Kathy Robinson, Rose Manley and Julie Woosley; three uncles, Richard Hunt, Jack Adkins and Mike Adkins; five cousins, Ryan Woosley, Jimmy Neal Robinson, Jeremy Robinson, Lyndsay Elam and Lane Manley; a host of extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Virgil and Ann Hunt; his maternal grandparents, Earl and Hattie Adkins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 19 from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home.
Funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel at Richardson Funeral Home will Pastor David Campbell officiating. Burial will follow in the Owingsville Cemetery.
