Berchie Robinson

Berchie Robinson, age 85, passed away on April 12 at Ridgeway Nursing Home. She was born on May 22, 1934 in Frenchburg, Kentucky to the late Cecil Lawson and Ora Rainey Lawson. She was a homemaker and loved to care for her family. She enjoyed cooking and always had plenty to feed everyone that stopped by. She loved to garden and enjoyed canning vegetables. Berchie also had a love for flowers. She was a kind, caring person that made everyone feel welcome. She was a mother, a sister, a grandmother and a great grandmother that will be missed  by those she leaves behind. Her memory will forever live on in their hearts. 

She is survived by two daughters, Patsy (Randy) Frizzell and Sharon Brewer; one brother, Shelby (Tish) Lawson; two sisters, Martha (Charles) Whittington and Dottie Stone; five grandchildren, Kristi (Neal) Swartz, Kelle (Tracy) Reffitt, Stephanie Jones, Kerri (Brandon) Willis and Ryan Murrell; eight great grandchildren, Nathan Swartz, Landan Swartz, Karalyne Swartz, Evan Reffitt, Ethan Reffitt, Lilly Dickerson, Makennah Brewer and Lincoln Willis

She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil Lawson and Ora Rainey Lawson; Her husband, John Perry Robinson; One daughter, Jeannie Arthur; Two brothers, Ralph Lawson and Kenny Lawson.

Private Services will be held at Richardson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Owingsville Cemetery.

Reverend Mark Caldwell will be officiating.
