Barbara F. Wilson

Mrs. Barbara Wilson, age 78, passed away Friday at the Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington. She was born on March 1, 1943 to the late Scott Roberts and Mary Boaz Roberts, of Bath County. Barbara loved to crochet and take rides through the country. She was a caregiver for many years and enjoyed caring for others. Barbara worked at Gateway Headstart for many years and enjoyed caring for the children. 

She is survived by one son, Russell Wilson and his wife, Cherie; four daughters, Alice Harvey, Alma Donathan, Rosie Wilson and Sheila Dulin; two brothers, Clyde Roberts and Billy Roberts; one sister, Annabelle Shultz and her husband Meb; eight grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ray Wilson and a great grandson.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 20 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home.

Funeral services will begin at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Richardson Funeral Home with Reverend Lowell Rice officiating. Burial will follow in the Owingsville Cemetery.
