It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the unexpected passing of Anthony Scott Hunt, of Milford, Kentucky.
Anthony was born on June 26, 1969 in Owingsville, Kentucky to Cranston Scott Hunt and Peggy Lou (Carpenter) Hunt.
Mr. Hunt is survived by his loving wife, Allison, who he adored. His sister Traci (Randy) Hunt Miles. Nephews Zachary and Cameron Miles. Aunts Juanita Wells and Katherine Sampson. Father-n-law Orie Ramsey and Mother-n-law Wanda (Harry) Hamilton. Sister-n-law Tara (Kevin) Applegate. His nieces Caroline (Donald) VanGosen and Catherine (Evan Duckworth) Applegate. His great niece Elleanor VanGosen who lovingly knows him as Uncle Chompers.
Anthony’s hobbies included a variety of things, but he loved working with his model trucks, going to auctions on Friday nights, picking up a random book and losing the day, but most of all he loved shooting the bull with an old friend or stranger. He truly could make a friend anywhere and would do anything for you.
He loved his job at Hinkle Contracting Company, where he was employed for nine years.
Anthony is preceded in death by his father and mother.
Services will be as follows, Thursday, May 19 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will begin at 7:00 p.m.
There will be a celebration of life at Orie Ramsey’s house on Sunday, May 22nd at 2 p.m. We would love for everyone to join us at 7057 Neave Milford Road, Brooksville, KY 41004.
