Adam Kent Jones

Adam Kent Jones, age 62 of Sharpsburg, passed away on January 10, surrounded by family. He was born in Mount Sterling, Kentucky on May 22, 1962 to the late Bobby Davis and Edna Jones. 

Adam loved to stay busy. He liked to build  and could be described as a jack of all trades. He enjoyed going fishing and being outdoors. Adam enjoyed playing baseball with Isaiah. He loved Isaiah with his whole heart and would often say that he was his greatest accomplishment. Adam will be missed by his family and friends. 

He is survived by one son, Isaiah Kent Williams; two brothers, Bruce Jones (Brandy) and Anthony Jones; one sister in law, Beverly Jones; one brother in law, Robert Hodge; special friend, Elizabeth Jones.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert and James Jones; two sisters, Belinda Harris and Elizabeth Renee Hodge; one brother in law, Donnie Harris.

Visitation will be held on Saturday January 18 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Greater First Baptist Church in Sharpsburg.

Funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel at Greater First Baptist Church.
