Virginia Pearl (Johnson) Taul

Virginia Pearl Johnson Taul, 87, passed away suddenly after a short illness on Sunday morning. She was born February 10, 1932 to the late Reverend Jesse R. Johnson and Laura Trumbo Johnson. She was a life long member of Morning Star Baptist Church and leaves behind a large and adoring family to mourn her passing. 

Survivors include two sons Terry B. Taul of Owingsville and George M. Taul, Jr. of Louisville; four daughters Glendale Taul (George) Clarkson of Glenn Dale, Maryland, Venita Taul (Matthew) Hill of Harleigh, Pennsylvania, Debbie M. Taul of Alexandria, Virginia, and Leslie Taul (Keith) Ridgeway of Glenn Dale, Maryland; one sister-in-law Audrey Taul (Dudley) Tademy; nine grandchildren Tiffany (Eric) Scruggs, Tonya (Ronnie) Overstreet, Jarrett Taul, Giani (Kristin) Clarkson, Marissa Johnson, Carlix Hill, Shawn Hill, Honesty Hill, and Regina Hill; and six great-grandchildren Destiney Taul, Erika Scruggs, Cameron Scruggs, Danyel Overstreet, Jordan Overstreet, Julian Clarkson; several nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by five brothers Thomas Johnson, Charles Johnson, James Lee Johnson, Manual Johnson, and Jesse Johnson, Jr.; four sisters Lottie Johnson, Luella Johnson, Lena Wright, and Dorothy Decembly; a daughter-in-law Olivia Reed Taul; a sister-in-law Mary Margaret Taul; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends may visit from 6-8 p.m. on Friday at Richardson Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday with Pastor Derek King officiating. Burial will follow in the Johnson Family Cemetery.
