Susan McClain, age 47, of Sharpsburg, passed away at her residence on December 27. She was born on January 21, 1970 in Gary, Indiana to the late Margaret Shepherd McClain. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend. She will be missed by all that loved and knew her.
She is survived by one son, Johnathan McClain of Louisville; Three daughters, Tijuana McClain of Hopkinsville, Ashley Leon of Mt. Sterling and Jackueline Purvis of Sharpsburg; Two brothers, Kenneth McClain and Todd McClain; One sister, Christine Galvin; Five grandchildren, Marcus Cundiff, Mekiah Cundiff, Jordyn Cundiff, Kemora McAbee and Lenora McAbee; A special friend, Jack Purvis.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Shepherd McClain. \
Family will be holding private services at a later date.
