Kimberly Lee (Spence) Longwell

Kimberly Lee Spence Longwell, 37, passed away after a brief illness on Sunday, November 5th at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. She was born October 3, 1980 to the late Danny William Spence and Janice Gwen Riley Withrow. She was a devoted wife to Robert Longwell and a beloved mother to her son Danny Ray Spence. She loved people and took in kids and people in the darkest times of their lives. She would strive each holiday to give people around her good memories of the holidays to hold on to. Her love of people drove her to work in the public and she worked for several years at Ridgeway Nursing and Rehabilitation and Colonial Nursing. She worked at Richardson's IGA until it's closing and most recently at Martha's Kitchen. She was a cherished member of the Bethel and Sharpsburg Fire Departments.

She leaves behind her husband Robert Longwell and her precious son Danny Ray Spence of Sharpsburg; two brothers Lonnie Daniel Spence of Sharpsburg and Jerry William Spence of Owingsville.

She was preceded in death by her step-father who she was very close to Raymond Withrow.

Friends may visit from 12-2 p.m at the Crown Hill Cemetery on Saturday November 11. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. with Reverend Roy Stacy and Brother Ike Frances officiating.

In Lieu of Flowers the family requests donations be made to the funeral fund at Richardson Funeral Home for Kimberly Spence Longwell.
