Jerry Dale Finley

Jerry Dale Finley, 59, passed away Saturday morning after an extended illness. He was born in San Antonio, Texas on August 16, 1958 to John Allen and Audrey Marshall Finley. During his lifetime he worked for Pentair, but also as a Carpenter. He was described by his family as a people person and he attended Living Waters Church where he could share his love of God with people he loved. He always worried about others more than he worried for himself.

He is survived by his significant other Patricia Lucas of Mt. Sterling who cared for him during his illness; two sons Jordan Finley and Chris Lucas (Kristie Maynard) all of Mt. Sterling; three daughters Morgan Finley and Paige (Matt) Mounce all of Mt. Sterling and Taylor Finley of North Carolina; his parents John Allen and Audrey Allen of Maryland; three brothers Clyde Finley, Wayne Finley and David Allen; five grandchildren Veya Lucas, Ian Sheffield, Carson Mounce, Gunner Finley, and Ryleigh Finley. 

Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Richardson Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be conducted at the funeral home at noon on Wednesday by the Reverend Jim Crouch and Reverend Kenny Crouch. Burial to follow in the Owingsville Cemetery.
