Thomas Paul Hostrander

Thomas Paul Hostrander died at this home in Olympia, Ky on March 15, 2014 after a long illness at age 59. He is survived by his wife of 38 and a half years, Patty Griggs Hostrander, one daughter Brandy Hostrander Jones (Bruce, two grandchildren Isaiah Kent Williams and Kileah Rayne Jones of Olympia, Ky. Tom had 4 brothers Donald (Chris) Hostrander of Elmira, NY, Bryon (Nancy) Hostrander Corning, NY, Roland Hostrander of Cortland, NY, and Joe (Sandy) Hostrander of Corning, NY; 2 sister Rebecca Dietrle of Lima, NY and Lucinda Florence Hale of Seattle, Washington; as well as a host of nieces nephews and special friends. He was a truck driver and employee of Diamond Logistics out of Columbus, Ohio. Tom was a member of the Farmers Christian Church. He served in the US Navy on the USS Franklin D. Roosevelt. He is preceded in death by his parents Alfred and Lily Mae Hostrander and his his mother and father-in-law Lerain and Betty Griggs. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Monday March 17, 2014. Funeral will be hed 12 p.m. Tuesday March 18, 2014 at Richardson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Griggs Family Cemetery. Military Honors will be performed by the Mt. Sterling American Legion.
