Lester "Mort" Crouch

Lester "Mort" Crouch, age 69, passed away Tuesday March 21, 2017 after a lengthy illness. He was born in Bath County on August 29, 1947, the son of the late Raymond Crouch, Sr. and Louise Norris Crouch. He was a Construction Worker and was employed for most of his life by the Harper Company. He was a Christian and a member of the Church of God. 

He leaves to treasure his memory, his sons Morton Wayne Crouch and Raymond Emmitt Crouch both of Olympia; two brothers Raymond “Dougan” Crouch of Preston and Mikie Crouch of Sharpsburg; two sisters Jeanie Crouch of Sharpsburg and Bonnie (Darrell) Hunt of Salt Lick; a sister-in-law Annabel Crouch and a brother-in-law Anthony White; 13 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.

He was preceded in death by a son David Lee Crouch; two brothers Marion Roosevelt Crouch and Donald Gene Crouch and four sisters Hallie Gail Roberts, Charlotte Sue White, Loretta Gose, and Judy Swartz. 

Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, March 24th at the funeral home. Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 25th at the funeral home with Reverend Greg Crouch Officiating. 

Burial will follow in the Crouch Family Cemetery
