Earl was a man our family knew for years. Even when I was very young I can remember Earl coming to my parents house to work on a stove, freezer, water heater ; he just knew about anything you needed to repair. There were so many times he would have parts to fix them and not charge them a dime! He would say; you dont owe me anything. When I got older there were numerous times he still did work on my appliances also and he has done the same for me! These are memories I treasure that he was a kind and generous man, which is what this world needs more of! When I worked in the LP GAS business, he always had advice and training you couldnt get from a book. You will always be in my and all our families heart. God bless you.

Earl was a true hero and gentleman. We all owe much to men who sacrificed as he did for our freedoms. I'm proud to call him my friend. Prayers to all the family.

With the passing of Earl Morris, we have lost a wonderful man and a personal friend. In addition to the obituary information that defines his life, there was a warmth of personality, a spirit of friendliness and a willingness to accommodate others that contributed to Earl's character and made him a beloved person by all who knew him personally. He treated people in a way that made them feel important and his conversational skills enabled him to always uplift others. Earl was loved by family and friends. His life mattered, he contributed to community in positive ways and he will be missed. May the Lord bless and comfort the family and all of us who are diminished by his passing. My thoughts and prayers and those of the Owingsville First Church of God are with Earl's family today!
