Conway Manley

Conway Manley, 82, passed away after a long illness on Saturday July 16, 2016. He was born in Bath County on December 21, 1933 to the late Claude and Lillie Buckler Manley. He was a Retired Farmer. In his younger years he enjoyed hunting and fishing and the outdoors and until very recent years he enjoyed street dances, and the Blackberry and Court Day Festivals.  

He is survived by two daughters Brenda (Robert) Bressler of Jeffersonville and Debbie (Kevin) Perry of Mt. Sterling; two sisters Mary Agnes McCarty and Louise McCarty; three grandchildren Ashley Swartz, Megan Perry, and Kayla Mitchell; eight great grandchildren Kaylee Hall, Braden Martinez, Jaden Lopez, Allie Lopez, Leslie Lopez, Rylan Ramon, Skyler Sorrell and Raliegh Sorrell; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews also survive.

Preceded in death by two brothers A.G. Manley and Morgan “Rooster” Manley; two sisters Betty Clay and Farris Brierley; one nephew and one great-nephew.

Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home Thursday at 2 p.m. with the Reverend Billy Harmon officiating.

Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
