Charles B. "Chuck" Hart, Jr.

Charles B. "Chuck" Hart, Jr., 64, passed away after a brief illness on Monday December 5th. He was born April 6, 1952 to the late Charles B. Hart, Sr. and Norma Calvert Hart (living). He was a grain farmer and an avid hunter. He was a lifelong horse enthusiast; a member of the American Quarter Horse Association and a Champion Pole Bender and Barrel Racer. Immediate survivors include his mother, Norma Calvert Hart; his children, Charles “Chip” (Jennifer) Hart of Owingsville, and Jonathan (Annie) Hart of Olympia; two sisters, Ann (Benny) Whisman of Mt. Sterling, and Della (Maverick) Matthews of Arizona; seven grandchildren, Chase Hart, Katelyn Hart, Carter Hart, Harper Cole Hart, Hadley Claire Hart, Vivian Reese Hart, Oliver Reigns Hart; and one special aunt, Kissie Hart.

He was preceded in death by his father Charles B. Hart, Sr.

Friends may call Thursday from 4 - 8 p.m. at the Richardson Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Reverend Lowell Rice officiating. Burial to follow in the Longview Cemetery.
