Charles Terry Downs

Charles Terry Downs age 73, passed away Friday June 9, 2017 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center following a long illness. He was a lifelong resident of Owingsville and the son of the late Charles and Marjorie Highley Downs. Survivors are a sister Linda Downs Honaker (Clyde) and a brother Michael Downs (Brenda); An aunt Nancy Downs Staton; Also surviving are nieces Jennifer Downs and Leslie Downs Tincher and a nephew Neil Travis Honaker; great nieces and nephews Amelia Honaker, Henry Honaker, Zachary Honaker, and Tyler Tincher. Terry attended Morehead State University and served in the United States Air Force as a Medical Laboratory Specialist. Funeral services will be at the Richardson Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 13with visitation starting at 11:00 AM followed by the funeral at 1:00 PM with the Reverend Lowell Rice officiating. Burial will follow in the Owingsville Cemetery.
